Guess what? FinishLine has put the Old Love New Love Air Jordan I Retro Pack on sale again. If you remember, they were sold out the second day in most areas online. What I think happened is that they didn’t sell in a few retail stores and they sent them to the online shops. Store sale in NYC were brisk, but not as fast as online. Heck, even Models still had most sizes available almost 2 weeks after they came out.
Keep in mind that as of yesterday if you wanted a pair of these (or both pair) you would have to pay someone anywhere from 250 to 400 dollars for it. As they get more rare, the price would keep going up.
I figure within a years time, these pair of sneakers together (not separate) unworn will get around 1000 G’s or more depending on other conditions. For example, I bought a pair and if I ever sell them, they come with the receipt from FinishLine showing where I got them (as well as any other info showing point of purchase and delivery). That alone adds 200 to them because you know they are real. The only question in my mind is will the Alpha Omega’s capture peoples interest like OldLove NewLove or is that just a waste of 400 dollars for 2 pair of sneakers?
I wonder if there is a magazine that lets you know how much your sneakers are worth? Just a thought…
